Loyalty Program Policies

Reference to (Whites Guests), our recently relaunched loyalty program, that rewards our valued guests with one point for each spent riyal, through registering using their full name (rst, family names and mobile phone number) through visiting any branch. For our retail associates,

 it is very important to share with you the following related guidelines:

• In case guests are not members of the loyalty program or forgot to use their loyalty aliation when making a purchase, crediting the purchases to the sta’s own personal account or to those of family members or friends is strictly prohibited, as these points are considered (cash money) that belongs to the guest and the company, where such attempt is considered a crime that subjects the violator to prosecution based on company’s policy and the Kingdom’s law. Noting that all necessary measures will be taken to eliminate such violations or attempts to perpetrate fraud in guests' loyalty programs. And as per the company policy, violators will be subject to strict disciplinary actions, including immediate contract termination, and may lead to legal liabilities and prosecution.
• Communicate the new target 65% achievement instead of 80%.

Whites Terms and Conditions

Registration

• Associates must encourage guests to be part of our loyalty program and to enjoy its ours and benets through registering and sharing their data (rst, family names, and mobile number) *all elds are mandatory.
• Associates must inquire about the guest’s membership at checkout, validate the name and ensure it is spelled correctly, and ensure to link the guests’ transactions (purchase receipt) to the guests’ memberships
• The guest’s mobile phone number must be registered, not any other number.
• My Whites Rewards allows each user to register once, and anyone who is not registered cannot utilize it.
• Subscribers can join the My Whites Rewards Program for free.
• The My Whites Rewards Program is intended for personal use only.

Earning Points

• The earning of points depends on the products purchased. Additional points can be collected through Whites Rewards program offers.
• An individual is entitled to collect points and redeem from all Whites branches.
• 1% giveback rate (each SAR 100 spend= 100 points earned = SAR 1 redemption)
• Points earned are an exclusive right of the member who earned it. No other member is entitled to claim the rewards (unless he confirms the original membership mobile number)
• Guests are excluded from loyalty earning for some products as Baby products, milk and medicines and discounted products, offers , Insurance Wasfaty, Wasfaty Plus and Aggregators sales.
• MY Whites programs upper tiers (SILVER, GOLD, and PLATINUM).

Points Redemption

• Points can be redeemed immediately.
• When the guest redeems points, the redemption code is delivered to their mobile phone and then entered into the system.
• The validity period of the points is one year from the date of purchase.
• The validity of the points is not renewed or extended. Whites does not hold any liability whatsoever; in case the points are expired.

Return and exchange

• In return for purchase for money, the points earned on those purchases will be deducted from your rewards program account. (The original invoice must be presented to complete the process).

Data Privacy

• Strict standards are applied to protect our customers’ personal data and information.
• Whites reserve the right to request the registered mobile number on redemption of points.
• Whites reserve the right to always modify the software and its features, as it deems appropriate. It also reserves the right to cancel or replace the software in whole or in part, always and does not accept any liability of any kind, which might arise because of their modification, cancellation of partial or total replacement of “Whites Reward” program. However, members hold the right to redeem the points within the period declared by Whites or until the date points expire, whichever comes first.
