Return Policy
Within 7 days of receiving your order, you can return some or all the products.
Just check the following requirements & conditions:
- The item/s is not open or used.
- The item/s should be in the original packaging.
- You must have the invoice that arrived with the shipment.
- The items should be eligible for return as below.
If you have met the requirements give a call on 920006648 within 7 day of delivery and we will pick the order or the products from you within 3 working days.
The full value of the item (without shipping charges) will be returned to you within 14 business days.
Products from following categories are not eligible for return: Makeup, Skin Care, Hair Care, Personal Care, Baby milk, Food, Vitamins, Supplements, and Medicines, Also all discounted products and special offers are not eligible for return.
Replacing Policy
- It is not available to replace any products except you receive wrong or damaged products, in this case we replace the product with the same original products, or we will refund the amount of the product.
- Some products images may slightly differ than the physical product and this is not considered different product as long as the product have the same name, size, ingredients.

Orders Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before the shipping of the order by calling our guest care centre on 920006648
Re-shipping orders Policy
If the order is returned to Whites as the guest refuse to receive the orders, or the shipping company try to communicate with the guest and no response, we won’t be able to re-ship the order again.
